Aber keine Angst, es handelt sich nicht um Jess Franco Territorium, nicht das ich Franco nicht schätze, im Gegenteil, aber bei Prigione di Donne handelt es sich um „anspruchsvolleres“, der Regisseur Rondi war Drehbuchautor für Fellini, Rossellini und Visconti!!!
Es bleibt natürlich spekulatives Kino wie auch bei dem stimmigen Die Nacht der rollenden Köpfe. Endlich mit einem tollen Bild von einem 4K Master! Release date der Mediabooks ist der 2 April!

First the Austrian Film SITUATION aka DEADLINE aka SLAUGHTER DAY aka LUGER CALIBRO 9: MASSACRE PER UNA RAPINA by director Peter Patzak. His first film is clearly a Heist movie and a wonderful example of Europloitation Cinema. For the first time since it’s small theatrical release in 1972 this film can be seen again with English audio!
The other one is a wonderful example of the Heydays of the Italian Giallo Genre and also from 1972! Silvio Amadio ´ s IL SORRISO DELLA IENA aka SMILE BEFORE DEATH for the first time digitally and in HD worldwide! Comes with English audio and subs on everything!

Zunächst der österreichische Film SITUATION aka DEADLINE aka SLAUGHTER DAY aka LUGER CALIBRO 9: MASSACRE PER UNA RAPINA von Regisseur Peter Patzak. Sein erster Film ist eindeutig ein Heist-Movie und ein wunderbares Beispiel für das Europloitation-Kino. Zum ersten Mal seit seinem kleinen Kinostart im Jahr 1972 ist dieser Film wieder mit englischem Ton zu sehen! natürlich haben wir auch die deutsche TV/VHS Version als Bonus an Bord die erst 1984 entstand. Dieser deutsche Ton wurde auch der original Version angelegt.
Der andere Film ist ein wunderbares Beispiel aus der Blütezeit des italienischen Giallo-Genres und ebenfalls aus dem Jahr 1972! Silvio Amadio ‘ s IL SORRISO DELLA IENA aka SMILE BEFORE DEATH zum ersten Mal digital und in HD weltweit! Kommt mit englischem und italienischem Ton sowie deutschen Untertitel – ein deutscher Ton existiert nicht.
